Shipping and delivery

Our Blackline products ship directly from Blackline Car Care through Shopify Collective.

Available shipping methods, charges and any delivery estimates are displayed at checkout after you enter your delivery address. Please review these before completing your purchase. Availability depends on the product and destination.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order ships. Carrier transit time is separate from processing and dispatch time. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

For tracking help, a delivery problem, an address correction or a cancellation request, use our contact page and include your order number. Changes and cancellations depend on whether the order has already entered fulfillment.
