Shopping with The Wash Edit

These terms apply to purchases and use of thewashedit.com, operated as The Wash Edit and hosted by Shopify. Email support@thewashedit.com with questions.

Products and compatibility

Review the selected variant, included items, instructions and compatibility requirements before ordering. A pressure washer is required for the Blackline foam cannon and is not included. Soap and accessories are included only when specified for the selected variant. Lifestyle imagery illustrates a setting; the product listing and selected variant describe what you receive.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless checkout states otherwise. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown before payment. Provide accurate contact and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. We may cancel an order because of unavailable stock, an address we cannot serve, a pricing error or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the cancelled items and associated charges. We will not increase the amount charged for an existing order without your agreement.

Delivery and changes

Blackline products are fulfilled directly by Blackline Car Care through Shopify Collective. Our shipping policy explains shipping and tracking. Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation; changes may not be possible once fulfillment has started.

Returns and order problems

Contact support@thewashedit.com for return requests, damaged or incorrect items, or delivery problems. Wait for authorization and instructions before sending any item. Do not send products to our business or billing address.

Safe use

Follow manufacturer instructions and safety labels for each product and your pressure washer.

Website use and privacy

Do not use this site for fraud, unlawful activity or interference with the service. Product brands and other content belong to their respective owners. Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled.

Changes and consumer rights

Updates apply prospectively. The terms and policies presented when you place an order apply to that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
